COVID-19 Response

As the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak develops, EX Services is continually updating its emergency procedures to ensure compliance with all government guidelines - and in order to protect the health and welfare of our employees.

All office-based employees in all of our locations worldwide are now working from their homes. EX Services has significantly invested in the past 3 weeks to ensure that IT and phone systems can be accessed by all homeworking employees, and we are experiencing little interruption to our office services.

For workers essential to our production and unable to work from home, EX Services has implemented comprehensive instructions to ensure:

  1. Employee distancing of at least 2m at all times
  2. Increased thorough cleaning of the work environment
  3. Facilities for the urgent isolation of any symptomatic staff
  4. On-site visitor restrictions

At present, EX Services continues to operate at full capacity despite slight reduction in production staff numbers. Generally, business remains stable across our client accounts and we are working hard with our suppliers to ensure any interruptions or delays are mitigated.
