EX Services provides structured training courses and modules for all aspects of your new EXHEAT heater and control panel assets. Tailored to suit your staffing needs, our training sessions provides your staff with the knowledge to get the best performance from your equipment daily by introducing product operation techniques, insights into the monitoring of product health, as well as general servicing support procedures.

Our instructors are qualified engineers with many years of hands-on experience performing commissioning, maintenance and rectification works for both onshore and offshore customer sites. With their experience and detailed understanding - not only of the operation, but also the manufacturing of the equipment - you can be assured of a comprehensive and informative training session that will cover all styles of learning.

Training Overview

Our training courses can be scheduled at a time convenient to your team, and encompasses both theoretical learning in a dedicated classroom, as well as practical work in an appropriate workshop (depending on product technology requirements). When training courses are delivered, your staff will be provided with a full Health & Safety review, an Installations, Operations & Maintenance manual, client specific drawings, and supporting documentation. For a more practical learning experience, we recommend that sessions be conducted onsite with your supplied EXHEAT equipment.

Competency Evaluation

Throughout the full duration of the training courses, our instructors will continuously evaluate your team through interactive questions, practical exercises and tests to ensure that concepts are thoroughly understood. Feedback is also welcome, and participants are encouraged to reflect their thoughts and comments, helping us improve and refine our training structure. Upon completion of our training courses, delegates will be presented with a certification of participation, marking their competence in the operation of the respective equipment.
